A New Friend X Kind Regards First Fashion Feature

Charlie Brianna is someone I recently came across and felt it was MANDATORY to get with her...So for Kind Regards first fashion feature I would like everyone to meet Charlie Brianna! Her fashion foward style is absolutely, insanely, creative, and unique, she has the whole vintage swag going on and I see girls trying to pull that off now days but I havnt seen that REAL vintage drift until now.
